Please be informed that effective from 23:59 (UAE Local Time) May 12, 2021, passengers
travelling from Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka are not allowed to enter Dubai. This
does not apply to UAE nationals, diplomatic and official-mission passport holders or passengers
with a golden visa issued by the UAE and those passengers exempted and/or granted permission
to enter UAE by the appropriate authorities.
Passengers who are exempted from the travel restrictions must:
Have a printed copy of a negative RT-PCR COVID-19 test result certificate with a QR-code .
The test must be taken no more than 48 hours prior to departure.
Inbound passengers will be required to quarantine for 10 days from the date of their arrival.
All passengers will be required to undergo another PCR test when landing in Dubai as well as on
the 4th and 8th day from the date of their arrival.
Children under the age of 12 and passengers with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt
All passengers who have travelled from or transited through Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and
Sri Lanka in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter or transfer through Dubai from any other
point. This does not apply to returning UAE nationals
The carriage of passengers outbound from the United Arab Emirates and/or those who are
transiting through Dubai to Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka is permitted.
